Please Pray For Emily Grace

Emily Grace's surgery is scheduled for 9:30am Wednesday March 11th. At times, I deal with the idea well and at times (more than the other) I am a complete mess and every time I look at her, I have to say a mental prayer for the success of this surgery and her complete well being. I don't know what is wrong with me. I understand all Moms deal with the first time their baby has surgery are filled with tons of anxiety, but I think that I am abnormal :0} I am so in love with this baby and she is more than I had ever imagined we would have in a baby ... AND we waited forever for her...I just don't want to rock the boat. Does that make any sense? PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR EMILY GRACE...not in a minute and not later for fear that your life will distract you and you may forget, please take a minute and pray for her well being before you click away from this blog!!!
I thank you in advance for your prayers!!!
God Bless you,
Amy :o)

Lord, I just pray for Emily and her parents. I pray that You would protect Emily and give the surgeon complete authority and wisdom as he cares for Emily. Please Lord, give Amy Your supernatural peace and a trust in You that surprises even her. Remind Amy of Your unbelievable love for her and Emily and help the truth of that love to calm her heart. We thank You so much for our girls and for allowing us to be their parents. You are good, Lord. There is no one like You. Thank you that You are in control of this situation and that You invite us to come to You again and again when we feel worried...You are so sweet. Take this situation and bring glory to Your name. We promise to thank You for all You do. amen.
Amy, I will be praying and thinking of you all on Wed a.m. Plz update us as soon as you are able. It is all going to be ok. love, js

To our Dear and special friends the Venns, each night we say a prayer for each of our Gotcha sisters, but we will especially pray for your sweet Emily this week, we will also pray that God grants her mommy and daddy the strength and trust in Him to help get through this procedure. Please do keep us posted, and know that we will have you in our thoughts as you go through Wednesday. As we have said many times, we were so blessed to have such a great group of families to go through this journey together, and know that we all will be holding you close to our hearts this week. Love to you all, Phil, Julie and Dora

You are NOT abnormal.....believe me when Kira had her surgery I cried and they almost had to peel her off of me. I was sick through the whole thing but she did well. We are mommy's and if we didn't worry etc. I think that would be abnormal. Hugs and we are praying that your beautiful girl comes through with flying colors. Hang in there girl!!!!

Done. And will continue to do so.

Zoe had a very minor surgery last fall. It took all of 7 minutes and I was a wreck, so I have a teeny-tiny idea of what you are going through. My heart will be with you, and I'm looking forward to the post where you say everything went well.

I totally understand your fears for your sweet girl. It is NOT abnormal at all! I share your concern and worry for my lil GIanna, and I agree that they are MORE than a dream come true!

I will be praying for her tomorrow and also for peace for you as you go through this...
