While waiting for our friends to arrive, Emily Grace enjoyed her grits!! She just loves grits. So I tease and say "Chinese by birth, but Southern by the Grace of God!! Mmmm...Grits!! Emily says "Come on and try them, you might just find out that you love them." :-)

love the beach pictures!!! I think the best one is of all the family members. hope to see the precious girl soon.
I'm gonna have to try out some grits on Ellie...I don't think I've ever even offered them to Davie...my other kids don't like them like I do. Fish and grits is my favorite!!! I hope you all have a wonderful 4th! If I get to Marietta this summer I will be sure to call you all! Take care!
Hey Amy!
I am not sure if e-mailing your school address would be effective - so I wanted to stop by the blog and say hello.
I don't want to bother you because I know you are really busy! But you all are the most beautiful family, it makes me smile every time I look at these pictures.
I hope you all are doing just awesome, miss you, and hope to see you soon! :)

What a sweet site you have. I came across you from Jackie Sue's site. I love the "Chinese by birth. . .Southern by the Grace of God!" That's too cute!

Amen, sister. One of mine had grits for supper last night! (We're in Louisiana) She's adorable.
Dora...
Chinese by Birth, Northern by Choice. Grits went down, but they were also spread all over her face as well.
She certainly has enjoyed her Southern Hospitallity. :)
